Ordering & Delivery

To place an order:

  1. Create an account or login
  2. Browse products and add items to your cart
  3. Go to your cart and proceed to checkout
  4. Enter your delivery address and payment method
  5. Confirm your order

We currently deliver throughout Rahim Yar Khan city.

Delivery Timings:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.

No, there is no minimum order amount. However, for orders below Rs. 200, a small delivery fee of Rs. 50 may apply. Free delivery is available for all orders above Rs. 1000.

Payments

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay when you receive your order
  • Bank Transfer - Transfer payment to our bank account
  • JazzCash/EasyPaisa - Mobile payment options

Online payment gateway coming soon!

Yes, we take security seriously. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. For added security, we also offer Cash on Delivery option.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product is expired or close to expiry
  • Package was tampered with

Fresh products (fruits, vegetables, dairy) cannot be returned unless they are spoiled or damaged.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Account & Technical

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Follow the link to create a new password

Yes, you can update your delivery address in your profile settings. Go to "My Profile" and edit your address information. You can also enter a different delivery address during checkout for each order.
